    - Total length with handles: 81 cm - Cable length: 48 cm The expander has 5 cables, each of which have a resistance of 5 kg. Minimum resistance: 5 kg Maximum resistance: 25 kg
  2. Why use this expander ?
    This weight training expander improves your strength, speed and power while reducing stress on your joints.This expander evolves with you: you can choose the resistance to suit your skill level or the exercise. If you are a beginner, the 5 elastics may be too difficult to pull to complete the movement perfectly. Start with 1 or 2 bands, then increase gradually.
  3. Adding and removing cables
    Remove a cable: - Grab a handle - Lift the black cover on the handle - Remove the cable from the handle by pulling it out. - Repeat this with the other handle. Add a cable: - Lift the cover - Place the right part of the cable in the slot - Pull down to lock the ball that keeps the cable in place - Same thing on the other side.
  4. This expander has been improved thanks to your feedback!
    Thanks to your feedback, our design teams have worked hard to improve this expander. So, for the safest practice and better comfort, we have reworked the handle and the elastic attachment system.With the larger handle, you can put your foot through and use it safely. It is curved to fit the shape of your forearms during biceps curl movements for example.
  5. Our coach helps you use the expander!
    Toning shoulder workout: - Reverse fly: 3×12-20 reps - High pulls: 3×12-20 reps - Standing one-arm shoulder press: 3×12-20 reps/side - Face pull: 3×15-20 reps Keep rest time short between exercises, between 45 and 90 seconds. Increase by one rep a week until you can increase the resistance of the expander. This product is super helpful for warming and training with resistance.

1. Shipping Guide
  • Shipping is available on the same day of the order only for orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm on weekdays. Once shipped, shipments shall be delivered within 2-3 days on average. It may differ depending on the circumstances of the courier service.
  • In case of Voluminous products (Fitness Equipments, Heavy tents, Trampolin, Bicycles etc,.), delivery of shipments shall take 2~3 extra day compared to non-voluminous product on average, and will be delivered by Daeshin Logistics.
  • Some of the Decathlon bicycles may take a maximum of 10 days for delivery due to the need of mechanic's inspections and assembly. Please consider before ordering.
  • If you buy multiple items at once, they shall be shipped within 1 box. (Exceptions: Your order may be separated in 2+ boxes if A. there are too many items to be packed within 1 box, or B. the order includes both voluminous and non-voluminous products)

2. Returns / Exchanges

You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the reception of the item, by contacting the customer center (1800-2025).
Depending on the reason, a return may incur a round-trip shipping fee. (For Voluminous products, it may cost 10,000~100,000 KRW as one-way shipping fee. Please contact customer center for more details)

Shipping fee (return/exchange)

  • Return: return shipping (3,000)+ original shipping(3,000) = 6,000 KRW (when it’s applied to free shipping, it will cost you original shipping )
  • Exchange: return shipping (3,000) + exchange shipping (3,000) = 6,000 KRW (if the reason of exchange is color, re-exchange ) *free size exchange is applied to 1 time only.

Exchange / non-return standard
  • The criteria that can not be returned or exchanged are as follows.
    (1) If the product is lost or damaged due to customer's responsibility
    (2) If the value of the goods is significantly decreased by the use of the customer or consumption of the part
    (3) If the value of the product has decreased significantly enough to make it difficult to resell over time
    (4) If you damage the packaging of products that can be reproduced
    (5) For goods produced individually or according to customer's orders or similar goods
    (6) If the product is removed, opened, installed or damaged due to carelessness of the customer, or lost
       * If there is a gift item, it must be returned with the returned item.
3. Free size exchange service
  • You can apply for an exchange within 7 days of your reception.
  • If you want to exchange size of apparels and shoes.
