    Adjustable weighted bar dimensions: - Length: 115 cm - Diameter: 35 mm Minimum bar weight: 4 kg Maximum weight: 10 kg Note that this weighted bar is designed to support up to 10 kg. The six additional 1 kg weights are sold with it.
  2. Why use the adjustable weighted bar for your workouts?
    Perfect for beginning cross training, this weighted bar offers a variety of exercises for training your entire body, improving your endurance, and strengthening your muscles. You can adjust the weights to suit your needs and progress at your own pace. With its clever design, this bar makes it very easy to add or remove weight. Plus, it stores easily, saving space in your workout area. No need for multiple different bars as you progress!
  3. Installing the weights on your weighted bar
    To change the weight on the bar, just: - place the bar flat on the ground - simply turn the rubber tips as shown on the diagrammes to lock or unlock the weights. To remove a weight, simply pull on the tips. The green weights weigh 1 kg each. It is important to remove them symmetrically. You can also use the weights alone if you prefer. It's easy and practical to adjust your workout

  7. Lower body strength circuit recommended by our coach (1/2)
    Do 4 to 6 rounds with a recovery time between 0 and 2 minutes between each round: - For beginners: 20'' work, 40" recovery, then move to the next exercise - For intermediate users: 30'' work, 30" recovery, then move to the next exercise - For experienced users: 40'' work, 20" recovery, then move to the next exercise When you finish exercise 1, move on to the second after your recovery, and so forth: - Squat - Deadlift
  8. Our coach's advice (2/2)
    Over the course of your workouts, increase your work time and reduce your recovery time. Better to keep the intensity in your intervals; it's best to choose shorter recovery times for maximum intensity. To add a challenge to your circuit, you can add a run between each round.

Delivery / Return policy
1. Shipping Guide
  • Shipping is available on the same day of the order only for orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm on weekdays. Once shipped, shipments shall be delivered within 2-3 days on average. It may differ depending on the circumstances of the courier service.
  • In case of Voluminous products (Fitness Equipments, Heavy tents, Trampolin, Bicycles etc,.), delivery of shipments shall take 2~3 extra day compared to non-voluminous product on average, and will be delivered by Daeshin Logistics.
  • Some of the Decathlon bicycles may take a maximum of 10 days for delivery due to the need of mechanic's inspections and assembly. Please consider before ordering.
  • If you buy multiple items at once, they shall be shipped within 1 box. (Exceptions: Your order may be separated in 2+ boxes if A. there are too many items to be packed within 1 box, or B. the order includes both voluminous and non-voluminous products)

2. Returns / Exchanges

You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the reception of the item, by contacting the customer center (1800-2025).
Depending on the reason, a return may incur a round-trip shipping fee. (For Voluminous products, it may cost 10,000~100,000 KRW as one-way shipping fee. Please contact customer center for more details)

Shipping fee (return/exchange)

  • Return: return shipping (3,000)+ original shipping(3,000) = 6,000 KRW (when it’s applied to free shipping, it will cost you original shipping )
  • Exchange: return shipping (3,000) + exchange shipping (3,000) = 6,000 KRW (if the reason of exchange is color, re-exchange ) *free size exchange is applied to 1 time only.

  • damaged/ defective product can be returned or exchanged within 3 months from the date of reception of the product. But the period can be differ according to warranty. Decathlon will bear the cost of shipping the replacement or return due to defective product.
Exchange / non-return standard
  • The criteria that can not be returned or exchanged are as follows.
    (1) If the product is lost or damaged due to customer's responsibility
    (2) If the value of the goods is significantly decreased by the use of the customer or consumption of the part
    (3) If the value of the product has decreased significantly enough to make it difficult to resell over time
    (4) If you damage the packaging of products that can be reproduced
    (5) For goods produced individually or according to customer's orders or similar goods
    (6) If the product is removed, opened, installed or damaged due to carelessness of the customer, or lost
       * If there is a gift item, it must be returned with the returned item.
3. Free size exchange service
  • You can apply for an exchange within 7 days of your reception.
  • If you want to exchange size of apparels and shoes.
  • If it’s your 1st exchange after the purchase.
  • If the value of the product hasn’t decreased.(when the tag is attached)
  • If the purchase is from decathlon.kr (not from other market)

  • Our sales policy regarding price, stock, etc. is subject to change without prior notice.
