    Available in 2 sizes: XS (for a head size of 47 to 52 cm) and S (for a head size of 52 to 54 cm).
  4. What does the EN 1078 standard cover?
    EN1078 is a European standard concerning the test methods and requirements for cycling, skateboarding and skating helmets. This standard covers the following aspects: construction, including field of vision; shock-absorbing properties; fastening system features, including the chinstrap and tightening systems; markings and information.
  5. When should you replace a helmet?
    Helmets are designed to protect your head from an impact. From just one impact. If you fall, you should replace the helmet even if it doesn't seem like the helmet is damaged: it could be weakened or cracked in invisible places... and thus no longer provide protection. We recommend replacing your helmet every 5 years, as some materials begin to age, particularly if the helmet is stored in a cold and/or wet place. (the production date is printed inside the helmet).
  6. Terms and conditions for returns of personal protective equipment
    A helmet is PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Ensure that the product suits you (model / size / colour) before purchase. If it is not suitable, please return subject to the following conditions: with the instructions, stickers, and if possible, original packaging. It can then be resold. Together we can care for our planet.
  7. Maintaining the comfort foam
    You can change the foam in your helmet using the Oxelo replacement foam kit. (Code: 8607937)

Delivery / Return policy
1. Shipping Guide
  • Shipping is available on the same day of the order only for orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm on weekdays. Once shipped, shipments shall be delivered within 2-3 days on average. It may differ depending on the circumstances of the courier service.
  • In case of Voluminous products (Fitness Equipments, Heavy tents, Trampolin, Bicycles etc,.), delivery of shipments shall take 2~3 extra day compared to non-voluminous product on average, and will be delivered by Daeshin Logistics.
  • Some of the Decathlon bicycles may take a maximum of 10 days for delivery due to the need of mechanic's inspections and assembly. Please consider before ordering.

2. Returns / Exchanges

You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the reception of the item, by contacting the customer center (1800-2025).
Depending on the reason, a return may incur a round-trip shipping fee. (For Voluminous products, it may cost 10,000~100,000 KRW as one-way shipping fee. Please contact customer center for more details)

  • Return: return shipping (3,000)+ original shipping(3,000) = 6,000 KRW (when it’s applied to free shipping, it will cost you original shipping )
  • Exchange: return shipping (3,000) + exchange shipping (3,000) = 6,000 KRW (if the reason of exchange is color, re-exchange ) *free size exchange is applied to 1 time only.

  • damaged/ defective product can be returned or exchanged within 3 months from the date of reception of the product. But the period can be differ according to warranty. Decathlon will bear the cost of shipping the replacement or return due to defective product.
Exchange / non-return standard
  • The criteria that can not be returned or exchanged are as follows.
    (1) If the product is lost or damaged due to customer's responsibility
    (2) If the value of the goods is significantly decreased by the use of the customer or consumption of the part
    (3) If the value of the product has decreased significantly enough to make it difficult to resell over time
    (4) If you damage the packaging of products that can be reproduced
    (5) For goods produced individually or according to customer's orders or similar goods
    (6) If the product is removed, opened, installed or damaged due to carelessness of the customer, or lost
       * If there is a gift item, it must be returned with the returned item.

  • You can apply for an exchange within 7 days of your reception.
