HOW TO ADJUST YOUR PRO SKIPPING ROPE
Adjust the rope to your height then fully tighten the screws using the tool provided. Ideally, the handles of your skipping rope should come up to your armpits when you stand on the centre of the rope(see the explanatory video on the product page)
