WHICH RESISTANCE MEETS YOUR NEEDSThe light resistance (7 kg) is suitable for beginners as well as intermediate athletes that want to train their upper body or do Pilates. The medium resistance (10 kg) is better suited for intermediate athletes doing lower body exercises. Finally, the strong resistance (15 kg) is perfect for advanced athletes that are familiar with lower body strength training (squats, leg raises, etc.).

RECOMMENDATIONS FROM OUR TEAMThanks to your feedback, we made the number 6 handle larger so that it's easier for you to take the band on and off when wearing shoes. So thanks a bunch for your help! :) Otherwise, we recommend placing your hands in handles 1, 2, 3 or 4. The number 5 handle is perfect for learning how to use our band.
