Lab tests
We complete laboratory tests to certify components: fabrics, buckles, straps, foam, zips... for example, for a fabric: resistance to abrasion & tearing, colour-fastness in UV light, resistance to washing, waterproofing, etc. A test is then conducted on the product replicating the accelerated demands on the backpack over a number of years to check the strength of the assembly: the backpack is weighted, then placed on a dummy which reproduces the movement of fast walking over thousands of cycles.
10-year guarantee
The guarantee covers any backpack faults, except those caused by normal wear and tear and improper use. This special 10-year warranty will only be granted upon presentation of the receipt and the product, if the product is covered by warranty, it will be repaired or exchanged, free of charge. This commercial guarantee does not affect any statutory guarantees that are applicable in the country/state of purchase.
Use tests
QUECHUA has performed tests to simulate backpack ageing. The tests focused on components, seams and the end product. As a result of these tests, Quechua and Decathlon can guarantee all bags tested for a duration of 10 years from the date of purchase indicated on the sales receipt.
Environmental measures
The environmental impact of the product is calculated based on its full life cycle using different indicators. An overall ABCDE mark is given to help you easily identify products with the best environmental performance by comparing similar products to each other (T-shirts, trousers, backpacks, etc). 1. Shipping Guide	Shipping is available on the same day of the order only for orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm on weekdays. Once shipped, shipments shall be delivered within 2-3 days on average. It may differ depending on the circumstances of the courier service. Depending on the reason, a return may incur a round-trip shipping fee. (For Voluminous products, it may cost 10,000~100,000 KRW as one-way shipping fee.
