What is the drop?On shoes, the drop refers to the height difference between the toe and heel. A lower drop preserves the foot's natural movement as you run and reduces so-called biomechanical stresses. These stresses can cause injury. On these AT Breath shoes, the drop has been reduced by 6 mm to respect the natural stride of your little ones' feet!

How do these shoes help kids do up their laces unaided?To make these athletics shoes easier to put on, we've carried out several tests on our mini athletes. The toggle makes these shoes easy to put on and keeps feet comfortable. Plus, there's a little elastic band on the tongue for tucking the laces into. So kids can run, jump or throw for as long as they like!

What will you see under the sole?When designing these athletics shoes, we added flex grooves to the sole to aid the foot's natural motion. And to stop your child slipping on slightly damp ground, we've also added a rubber patch.

DID YOU KNOW?Kids' and adult shoes aren't the same sizeOur junior athletics shoes are specially designed to meet the needs of kids and their feet. Even in the same shoe size, kids' feet are thinner and take up less space within the shoe than adults' feet. Give your future champs the space they need so they're not restricted as they move. As an adult, if you were to wear kids' shoes, they'd constrict your feet, which would affect your whole body!
