  2. SOURCING OF THE FEATHERS AND RDS CERTIFICATION
    Our traceability system allows us to guarantee that the feathers are sourced in line with our commitment to using responsible materials. Our suppliers are committed to only using feathers (sourced in China) from ducks raised for their meat and plucked after slaughter. As a result, we have received the RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certification issued by a third-party body.

  5. Temperature rating
    We display on all our sleeping bags, the temperature ratings tested in an independent lab (AITEX) based on European Standard EN 13537 (2016). The "comfort temperature rating" is the lower limit when a user in the sleeping position is generally in thermal equilibrium and is neither hot or cold (based on a "standard" woman in normal conditions of use). Choose your sleeping bag based on this feature.
  6. What you must know about temperature ratings
    A sleeping bag does not generate heat, but "maintains" heat generated by body. If you are exhausted and cold and you slip into your freezing and damp sleeping bag, you risk staying cold whatever the sleeping bag's features! These temperature ratings therefore depend on a person's resistance to the cold (build, fatigue, etc.), on their equipment (mattress that insulates from the ground, etc.), on their clothing (naked, underwear, etc.), and on weather conditions (damp, wind, etc.).
  7. A score to compare the environmental impact of products
    The environmental impact of the product is calculated over its entire life cycle using different indicators. An overall score (ABCDE) is attributed to help you easily identify the products with the best environmental performance by comparing products of the same type with one another (T-shirts, trousers, backpacks, etc.). Delivery / Return policy
1. Shipping Guide
  • Shipping is available on the same day of the order only for orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm on weekdays. Once shipped, shipments shall be delivered within 2-3 days on average. It may differ depending on the circumstances of the courier service.
  • In case of Voluminous products (Fitness Equipments, Heavy tents, Trampolin, Bicycles etc,.), delivery of shipments shall take 2~3 extra day compared to non-voluminous product on average, and will be delivered by Daeshin Logistics.
  • Some of the Decathlon bicycles may take a maximum of 10 days for delivery due to the need of mechanic's inspections and assembly. Please consider before ordering.
  • If you buy multiple items at once, they shall be shipped within 1 box. (Exceptions: Your order may be separated in 2+ boxes if A. there are too many items to be packed within 1 box, or B. the order includes both voluminous and non-voluminous products)

2. Returns / Exchanges

You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the reception of the item, by contacting the customer center (1800-2025).
Depending on the reason, a return may incur a round-trip shipping fee. (For Voluminous products, it may cost 10,000~100,000 KRW as one-way shipping fee. Please contact customer center for more details)

  • Return: return shipping (3,000)+ original shipping(3,000) = 6,000 KRW (when it’s applied to free shipping, it will cost you original shipping )
  • Exchange: return shipping (3,000) + exchange shipping (3,000) = 6,000 KRW (if the reason of exchange is color, re-exchange ) *free size exchange is applied to 1 time only.

Exchange / non-return standard
  • The criteria that can not be returned or exchanged are as follows.
    (1) If the product is lost or damaged due to customer's responsibility
    (2) If the value of the goods is significantly decreased by the use of the customer or consumption of the part
    (3) If the value of the product has decreased significantly enough to make it difficult to resell over time
    (4) If you damage the packaging of products that can be reproduced
    (5) For goods produced individually or according to customer's orders or similar goods
    (6) If the product is removed, opened, installed or damaged due to carelessness of the customer, or lost
