You can be horizontal for your bench presses, or you can tilt the backrest for sit-ups or for doing incline bench presses. How to install your 900 weights benchThe 900 bench is delivered in parts and takes about 15 minutes to assemble. You can find the instructions on the Decathlon support website by clicking the banner at the bottom of the product page. If your floor is uneven, you can use the adjustable feet to level your 900 bench and keep it stable. If you need help, take a look at the assembly video on the product page!
