  2. Why use a bar sleeve for squats?
    Enjoy good support and comfort for your neck and shoulders. No more struggling to find a comfortable position! You'll now be able to fully focus on executing your exercises using your bar, including squats, lunges, and step-ups.
  3. Why is the foam so dense?
    We designed this squat bar sleeve with a very dense foam to prevent the bar from getting too far from your shoulders. This will help keep the bar very close to your shoulders; you'll feel as if nothing had been added to it at all.
  4. How to put on your squat bar sleeve
    Putting on the sleeve couldn't be easier; just two simple steps: - Insert the sleeve into the groove designed for it. - Close the rip-tabs to keep it in place. Make sure to correctly centre the sleeve on the bar to avoid it being unbalanced on your shoulders. Adding the sleeve to your bar is quick and easy, and lets you fully focus on working out your legs.
  5. Do your squats or lunges safely.
    Our bar sleeve has two rip-tabs to keep it in place, so you can do your workouts with peace of mind. These ensure it stays on safely while you exercise, and prevents the bar from sliding or the sleeve from coming off.
  6. Protect your joints during squats
    We recommend using our knee pads (item 8548500) to keep your joints warm and reduce the chance of injury.
  7. Workout recommendations from our coach (1/2)
    Recommended workout for lower body toning: - squat with bar on neck: 3 sets of 12-15 reps, - bar lunges: 3 sets of 12-15 reps per leg, - deadlift with dumbbells: 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
  8. Tips from our coach (2/2)
    Take a short rest between each set (about 1.5 to 2 minutes). For each exercise, start at the recommended lower bound (make sure not to lift to failure; always keep a margin of 2 reps below your max), and increase by one rep a week until you reach the upper bound, after which you can add more weight to the bar. Whenever you add more weight to the bar, start again at the lower bound number of reps and incrementially increase until you reach the upper bound, etc.

1. Shipping Guide
  • Shipping is available on the same day of the order only for orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm on weekdays. Once shipped, shipments shall be delivered within 2-3 days on average. It may differ depending on the circumstances of the courier service.
  • In case of Voluminous products (Fitness Equipments, Heavy tents, Trampolin, Bicycles etc,.), delivery of shipments shall take 2~3 extra day compared to non-voluminous product on average, and will be delivered by Daeshin Logistics.
  • Some of the Decathlon bicycles may take a maximum of 10 days for delivery due to the need of mechanic's inspections and assembly. Please consider before ordering.
  • If you buy multiple items at once, they shall be shipped within 1 box. (Exceptions: Your order may be separated in 2+ boxes if A. there are too many items to be packed within 1 box, or B. the order includes both voluminous and non-voluminous products)

2. Returns / Exchanges

You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the reception of the item, by contacting the customer center (1800-2025).
Depending on the reason, a return may incur a round-trip shipping fee. (For Voluminous products, it may cost 10,000~100,000 KRW as one-way shipping fee. Please contact customer center for more details)

  • Return: return shipping (3,000)+ original shipping(3,000) = 6,000 KRW (when it’s applied to free shipping, it will cost you original shipping )
  • Exchange: return shipping (3,000) + exchange shipping (3,000) = 6,000 KRW (if the reason of exchange is color, re-exchange ) *free size exchange is applied to 1 time only.

  • damaged/ defective product can be returned or exchanged within 3 months from the date of reception of the product. But the period can be differ according to warranty. Decathlon will bear the cost of shipping the replacement or return due to defective product.
Exchange / non-return standard
  • The criteria that can not be returned or exchanged are as follows.
    (1) If the product is lost or damaged due to customer's responsibility
    (2) If the value of the goods is significantly decreased by the use of the customer or consumption of the part
    (3) If the value of the product has decreased significantly enough to make it difficult to resell over time
    (4) If you damage the packaging of products that can be reproduced
    (5) For goods produced individually or according to customer's orders or similar goods
    (6) If the product is removed, opened, installed or damaged due to carelessness of the customer, or lost
       * If there is a gift item, it must be returned with the returned item.
3. Free size exchange service
  • You can apply for an exchange within 7 days of your reception.
  • If you want to exchange size of apparels and shoes.
  • If it’s your 1st exchange after the purchase.
  • If the value of the product hasn’t decreased.(when the tag is attached)
  • If the purchase is from decathlon.kr (not from other market)
4. Precautions
  • Our sales policy regarding price, stock, etc. is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Refund cost is equivalent to your payment for the order. The price difference between the customer's payment and the current price shall not be paid.
