FORCLAZ TIP: When wearing on your back for an extended period, we recommended you don't carry more than 25% of your own weight to reduce the strain on your back.
How is bag volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: we use small balls to fill the main compartment as well as each pocket. We then empty the balls into a graduated container, which provides the equivalent volume in litres.
TECHNICAL TESTS
We complete laboratory tests to certify components: fabrics, buckles, straps, foam, zips... for example, for a fabric: resistance to abrasion and tearing, colour-fastness in UV light, resistance to washing, waterproofing, etc. A test is then conducted on the finished product replicating the accelerated demands on the bag over the years to check the strength of the assembly.

Delivery / Return policy

1. Shipping Guide	Shipping is available on the same day of the order only for orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm on weekdays. Once shipped, shipments shall be delivered within 2-3 days on average. It may differ depending on the circumstances of the courier service. In case of Voluminous products (Fitness Equipments, Heavy tents, Trampolin, Bicycles etc,.), delivery of shipments shall take 2~3 extra day compared to non-voluminous product on average, and will be delivered by Daeshin Logistics. Some of the Decathlon bicycles may take a maximum of 10 days for delivery due to the need of mechanic's inspections and assembly. Please consider before ordering. If you buy multiple items at once, they shall be shipped within 1 box. 2. Returns / Exchanges	You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the reception of the item, by contacting the customer center (1800-2025). Depending on the reason, a return may incur a round-trip shipping fee. (For Voluminous products, it may cost 10,000~100,000 KRW as one-way shipping fee.
