Poles and tent pegsPoles or mats not provided. Use with trekking poles recommended. 6 adjustable reflective guy ropes with hooks. 8 optimised square tent pegs: “anvil” head, oversized main part, extremely resistant and lightweight (7075 T6 aluminium). Non-anodised for a lower environmental impact.

Environmental approachWe have decided to stop anodising our tent pegs (this is a chemical treatment involving dipping in nitric and phosphoric acid baths to fix the colour and obtain a shiny finish). Although they now have a slightly “rough” appearance, they retain exactly the same properties in terms of resistance, solidity and longevity.

DurabilityYour tarp is designed for itinerant bivouacking, it is therefore not designed for static use in the sun. We recommend that you avoid leaving it in the sun as the ultra-light fabrics can be sensitive to UV light, that damages them.

Quality checkThis tarp has been tested in the field in real-life conditions. It was used for 5 weeks by several people who went trekking in the Canary Islands for 2 weeks, followed by 3 weeks on the GR10 route in the Pyrenees.

StorageAfter use or cleaning, do not store your tarp until it is perfectly dry to prevent odours and mould forming.
