To protect your knees as well as your hands, use knee braces (ref.: 8548500) that keep your joints warm to reduce the risk of injury.
How to care for your 100 weight training gloves
Depending on how often you train, we suggest washing them, in the machine or by hand, regularly (once every 3 weeks if you train twice a week).
