  2. Why use a weighted belt?
    Exercises using body weight are effective for safely building muscle. However, the main disadvantage is often that it is difficult to progress. With our belt, you can add a load of up to 120 kg, intensifying each movement and stimulating muscle growth. No matter your practice, whether cross training, street workouts, or strength training, this belt can adapt to everyone and every goal.
  3. What exercises is this weighted belt best suited for?
    With a weighted belt, you can do the following exercises: - pull-ups (on bars and/or rings), - dips (on bars and/or rings), - strict muscle-ups (on bars and/or rings), - squats on a box.
  4. How to put on a weight training belt
    Check that your belt is positioned correctly on your hips. If it is too high on the lower belt, it can force your hips to turn and hollow your back. In addition to placing it over the glutes, be sure to centre it precisely. Ensure that the two ends of the belt are at the same height. Otherwise, the weight will exert unequal pressure on your body, which can cause imbalances, and in the worst cases, injuries.
  5. Get equipped and improve more quickly
    Use our 50 mm diameter discs to add challenge to your body weight exercises: - 5 kg Plate (ref: 8491309) 10 kg Plate (ref: 8484126) - 20 kg Plate (ref: 8484128) Note that plates with a diameter under 50 mm can be difficult to insert into the chain on your belt.

    Workout for improving pull-ups: - Weighted pull-up: 3 sets of 3-5 reps - Pull-up (weighted or body weight, depending on level): 2 sets of 8-10 reps - Rowing, supinated grip: 3 sets of 8-10 reps - Face pull: 2 sets of 15-20 reps - Dumbbell curl, hammer grip: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    Workout for improving dips: - Weighted dips: 3 sets of 3-5 reps - Dips (weighted or body weight, depending on level): 2 sets of 8-10 reps - Bench press, close grip: 3 sets of 8-10 reps - Seated press with dumbbells: 3 sets of 10-12 reps - Triceps, high pulley: 3 sets of 12-15 reps
  8. Tips from our coach (3/3)
    For each exercise, start with the minimum number of reps (avoid failure and keep a 2 rep margin) and add one rep each week until you reach the upper limit. Next, increase the amount of weight you use. When you increase the weight, start again from the lower limit and work up to the higher limit, then repeat the process.

Delivery / Return policy
1. Shipping Guide
  • Shipping is available on the same day of the order only for orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm on weekdays. Once shipped, shipments shall be delivered within 2-3 days on average. It may differ depending on the circumstances of the courier service.
  • In case of Voluminous products (Fitness Equipments, Heavy tents, Trampolin, Bicycles etc,.), delivery of shipments shall take 2~3 extra day compared to non-voluminous product on average, and will be delivered by Daeshin Logistics.
  • Some of the Decathlon bicycles may take a maximum of 10 days for delivery due to the need of mechanic's inspections and assembly. Please consider before ordering.
  • If you buy multiple items at once, they shall be shipped within 1 box. (Exceptions: Your order may be separated in 2+ boxes if A. there are too many items to be packed within 1 box, or B. the order includes both voluminous and non-voluminous products)

2. Returns / Exchanges

You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the reception of the item, by contacting the customer center (1800-2025).
Depending on the reason, a return may incur a round-trip shipping fee. (For Voluminous products, it may cost 10,000~100,000 KRW as one-way shipping fee. Please contact customer center for more details)

  • Return: return shipping (3,000)+ original shipping(3,000) = 6,000 KRW (when it’s applied to free shipping, it will cost you original shipping )
  • Exchange: return shipping (3,000) + exchange shipping (3,000) = 6,000 KRW (if the reason of exchange is color, re-exchange ) *free size exchange is applied to 1 time only.

  • damaged/ defective product can be returned or exchanged within 3 months from the date of reception of the product. But the period can be differ according to warranty. Decathlon will bear the cost of shipping the replacement or return due to defective product.
Exchange / non-return standard
  • The criteria that can not be returned or exchanged are as follows.
    (1) If the product is lost or damaged due to customer's responsibility
    (2) If the value of the goods is significantly decreased by the use of the customer or consumption of the part
    (3) If the value of the product has decreased significantly enough to make it difficult to resell over time
    (4) If you damage the packaging of products that can be reproduced
    (5) For goods produced individually or according to customer's orders or similar goods
    (6) If the product is removed, opened, installed or damaged due to carelessness of the customer, or lost
