To find the right size, follow these steps: - Stand in front of a mirror and hold a tape measure horizontally at the top of your back, towards the bottom of your shoulder blades. - Bring the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust. - Take the measurement without pulling it tight. How should you look after the light support cotton crop top?This bra is designed for intensive sports use and can be washed very frequently. We recommend that you remove the foam cups before washing. Place the bra and its foam cups in our laundry bag, which is sold separately (ref. 8505236) . Wash it at no more than 30°C using a liquid detergent. Powder detergents and softeners can affect the fabric's breathability. We don't recommend tumble drying this sports bra.
