Product feature
  1. WHY CHOOSE LIGHT RUNNING SHOES?
    The research and development studies have shown that a lighter product improves running performance by reducing energy consumption. To design the KS LIGHT, there was no compromise in terms of comfort and durability and the decision was taken to use lighter components and an optimised sole design. As a result, The KIPRUN KS LIGHT shoe is 12% lighter than the KIPRUN LONG. Weight: 240 g in size 5.5.
  2. THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSHIONING
    For long-lasting running performance with optimum comfort, we have developed 2 concepts: - K-Ring: a ring located in the heel improves rear cushioning and disperses the shockwave to protect the body (joints, back, knees, etc.) effectively - Kalensole: Exclusive foam, developed with our R&D department improves cushioning by 34%, delivers 25% more energy response than traditional foam and offers durability of up to 1,000 km
  3. DID YOU SAY STABLE?
    A stable shoe that facilitates the roll-through of the foot and reduces the effort needed to control the foot and the heel for a more relaxed foot motion. We have increased the surface supporting the foot and added reinforcement at the back of the heel.
  4. THE COMFORT OF THE KIPRUN KS LIGHT
    Comfort is a key factor for regular, long-distance runs. We have sought to improve this comfort with: - a new collar at the back of the shoe ensuring excellent heel support and ideal softness. - a pre-shaped sole made out of PU (polyurethane) open-cell foam. - a reworked forefoot area for more comfort. - a single piece of fabric with no seams to reduce rubbing.
  5. EXCELLENT ROAD-HOLDING ABILITY ON WET ROADS AND BENDS
    Our sole was designed like a car tyre for effective running without any loss of control when it rains. The new geometry of the sole combined with a new rubber component provides the KIPRUN KS LIGHT with excellent grip on wet terrain, even at top speed.
  6. ADAPTED TO ALL STRIDES
    Its exclusive K-ONLY concept with denser foam under the first metatarsus is suitable for all stride types (over-pronator, under-pronator, neutral)! A 6-month study conducted with the Luxembourg Institute of Health* showed that the K-Only concept suits all strides. Some figures from the study: - 372 runners - over 12,558 training sessions - 12,094 hours of running - 116,723 km covered
  7. DROP 10 MM
    The height difference between the back and front of the sole is 10 mm.

Delivery / Return policy
1. Shipping Guide
  • Shipping is available on the same day of the order only for orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm on weekdays. Once shipped, shipments shall be delivered within 2-3 days on average. It may differ depending on the circumstances of the courier service.
  • In case of Voluminous products (Fitness Equipments, Heavy tents, Trampolin, Bicycles etc,.), delivery of shipments shall take 2~3 extra day compared to non-voluminous product on average, and will be delivered by Daeshin Logistics.
  • Some of the Decathlon bicycles may take a maximum of 10 days for delivery due to the need of mechanic's inspections and assembly. Please consider before ordering.
  • If you buy multiple items at once, they shall be shipped within 1 box. (Exceptions: Your order may be separated in 2+ boxes if A. there are too many items to be packed within 1 box, or B. the order includes both voluminous and non-voluminous products)

2. Returns / Exchanges

You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the reception of the item, by contacting the customer center (1800-2025).
Depending on the reason, a return may incur a round-trip shipping fee. (For Voluminous products, it may cost 10,000~100,000 KRW as one-way shipping fee. Please contact customer center for more details)

Shipping fee (return/exchange)

  • Return: return shipping (3,000)+ original shipping(3,000) = 6,000 KRW (when it’s applied to free shipping, it will cost you original shipping )
  • Exchange: return shipping (3,000) + exchange shipping (3,000) = 6,000 KRW (if the reason of exchange is color, re-exchange ) *free size exchange is applied to 1 time only.

  • damaged/ defective product can be returned or exchanged within 3 months from the date of reception of the product. But the period can be differ according to warranty. Decathlon will bear the cost of shipping the replacement or return due to defective product.
Exchange / non-return standard
  • The criteria that can not be returned or exchanged are as follows.
    (1) If the product is lost or damaged due to customer's responsibility
    (2) If the value of the goods is significantly decreased by the use of the customer or consumption of the part
    (3) If the value of the product has decreased significantly enough to make it difficult to resell over time
    (4) If you damage the packaging of products that can be reproduced
    (5) For goods produced individually or according to customer's orders or similar goods
    (6) If the product is removed, opened, installed or damaged due to carelessness of the customer, or lost
       * If there is a gift item, it must be returned with the returned item.
3. Free size exchange service
  • You can apply for an exchange within 7 days of your reception.
  • If you want to exchange size of apparels and shoes.
  • If it’s your 1st exchange after the purchase.
  • If the value of the product hasn’t decreased.(when the tag is attached)
  • If the purchase is from decathlon.kr (not from other market)

  • Our sales policy regarding price, stock, etc. is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Refund cost is equivalent to your payment for the order. The price difference between the customer's payment and the current price shall not be paid.
