Product feature

Laboratory testing
Components are approved in laboratory tests, including: fabric, buckles, straps, foam and zips. For example, for fabric: resistance to wear, tearing, colour-fastness in UV rays, washing, waterproofing, etc. A final test on the finished product simulates the kind of treatment to which it will be subjected over several years, to assess the strength of the assembly. The backpack is weighted then placed on a dummy which then reproduces the movement of fast walking through thousands of cycles.
10-year guarantee
The guarantee covers any backpack faults, except those caused by normal wear and tear and improper use. The special 10-year warranty is only valid with the product and till receipt. If the product is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired or exchanged free of charge. This sales warranty does not affect any statutory rights applicable in the country of purchase.
Use tests
Quechua has conducted tests to simulate the ageing of its backpacks. The tests focused on components, seams and the end product. As a result of these tests, Quechua and Decathlon can guarantee all bags tested for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase indicated on the sales receipt.
Environmental measures
The environmental impact of the product is calculated over its entire life cycle using different indicators. An overall rating of ABCDE is provided to help you easily identify products with the best environmental performance by comparing products of the same type with each other (t-shirts, trousers and backpacks). 1. Shipping Guide	Shipping is available on the same day of the order only for orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm on weekdays. Once shipped, shipments shall be delivered within 2-3 days on average. It may differ depending on the circumstances of the courier service. In case of Voluminous products (Fitness Equipments, Heavy tents, Trampolin, Bicycles etc,.), delivery of shipments shall take 2~3 extra day compared to non-voluminous product on average, and will be delivered by Daeshin Logistics. Some of the Decathlon bicycles may take a maximum of 10 days for delivery due to the need of mechanic's inspections and assembly. Please consider before ordering. Depending on the reason, a return may incur a round-trip shipping fee. (For Voluminous products, it may cost 10,000~100,000 KRW as one-way shipping fee. 4. Precautions	Our sales policy regarding price, stock, etc. is subject to change without prior notice. Refund cost is equivalent to your payment for the order.
