NATURAL STRIDETo help you achieve a natural stride, the Kiprun KN500 offer: - a reduced 4mm drop, - increased flexibility thanks to their flex grooves, - a very light weight (238 grams in size 42), - a low heel thickness. A natural stride is the stride we adopt when we run barefoot, striking the floor with the forefoot or middle of the foot (midfoot).
