Quick tightening systemThe lacing is effective thanks to the laces and a blocker that is easy to manoeuvre. The outer tightening is a classic laces that are easy to use for everyone, allowing you to customise them to suit your body shape and require everyone.

InsoleThe insole of this boot is flat. It offers comfort and thermal insulation. If you really feel the need for added support for your foot in the liner, you have two options: - get a sole pre-formed at the arch and heel area - get a sole that can be thermoformed to suit your foot. This is the most effective solution.

Sole: grip, traction, cushioning and thermal insulationOur Ultralight sole is 100% EVA. EVA is a very light material with 80% air. This formulation is designed to resist abrasion while keeping its damping properties. It is naturally very insulating and protects against the cold rising from the ground. We designed in large studs to offer you very good grip. Sufficiently far apart from each other, they help get rid of the snow.

How can I be sure it's the right size?1. Put the boot on 2. Tighten the boot 3. Stand upright 4. Your big toes should just touch the tip of the boot without causing unpleasant pressure 5. Bend your legs forward, your big toes move backwards and no longer touch the end of the boot.

Boot flex/stiffnessSupple flex is something we strive to achieve. It is comfortable to use, reduces physical fatigue and allows you to fully enjoy your day on the snow. It also has the advantage of helping the beginner to adopt the right position on the board: flexed ankles, so that the legs are not straight. You have to react quickly when you're snowboarding so it's important to bend the knees. Starting with a boot that’s too stiff is a bad thing.

Adding Flex UpThe Flex Up makes the boot stiffer by around 2 points of flex out of 10 (with the flex up, this new shoe has stiffness of approximately 5/10). It is a 100% recycled plastic accessory insert in the tongue of the Decathlon snowboard boots, from the 2022/23 season. (A pocket is designed to be placed in height and on the side). The Flex Up takes all his sense with time: when the boot becomes softer, give it a second life.

1. Thermoforming the liner independently / INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE1. Heat up your oven to 80°C on convection mode 2. Remove the inner bases of the liners, place the liners on the oven plate with some greaseproof baking paper 3. Wait 15 mins 4. Put the hygiene insoles on with a pair of ski-snowboard socks and tighten them (not too tightly) 5. Put the boots on and tighten fully to 5. Wait for 15 minutes when static. This operation can be repeated if necessary. ONLY ON A BUILT-IN OVEN 56x60x56 cm

2. "Heel Pad Comfort" ankle foamThe ankle bone padding fills the hollow under and behind the ankle to hold the heel firmly in place. The level 1 liner has relatively soft, mono-material, 10 mm-thick ankle foam pads. The aim is to provide the heel-foot support needed to match the level of the boot. In fact, the faster you go, the more energy is deployed and the more support you need for your foot. Comfort Foam meets this objective by providing maximum comfort for all.

3. "4-point" liner tightening4-point tightening for good foot support. It holds the foot in place around the ankle

4. Velcro strip on top of linerThe top of the liner has velcro strips, enabling you to hold the tongue of the liner in place with the sides, no matter how your foot is moving. This way, your foot is kept supported throughout the day.
