About this emblematic strength training product:Originally, suspension trainers were used by paratroopers when training on military bases. More people later began using them to do functional bodyweight and strength training exercises. Safe trainingTo prevent any unpleasant surprises, your Suspension Trainer comes with a small sign to place on the other side of the door. That way, no one will open the door while you're in the middle of an exercise! To make sure you stay safe while training, we suggest reading the user guide.

About this simple and practical accessory:The DST weighs 1 kg and can be adjusted from 60 cm to 170 cm in length. The grips are 13.5 cm long with a 3.2 cm diameter. The kit includes the Suspension Trainer, a mesh carry bag and a user guide with 15 basic exercises.

The training strap and eco-designWe've reduced CO2 emissions by 67% on this product compared with the previous version. To do this, we've - reduced the number of metal parts: 1 buckle versus 2 on the old model - Changed the material used for the straps: we've gone from polyamide to polypropylene - We've reduced the length of the straps, by using a unique adjustment system - These changes have also enabled us to reduce the size of the product packaging.
